Position: General Manager – Franchise
About: Ark Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for their franchise operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in accordance with the company’s vision and mission statement. The role involves maximizing financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within quality standards. The General Manager is also in charge of hiring and training hotel staff, requiring 24-hour availability.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years of related experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
