Position: General Manager Food and Beverage – MGM National Harbor

They are currently seeking a Multioutlet Restaurant General Manager to lead and ensure the smooth operation of their various food and beverage outlets on the property.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of prior relevant experience; Experience managing FOH employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining, quick-service restaurant; Experience working with multiple Food and Beverage concepts
