About: The Alaska Pioneer Homes is seeking a General Manager to provide direction to a senior services assisted living facility in Fairbanks, AK, focusing on food, laundry, and housekeeping services. This facility is part of a group of six affiliated facilities dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older Alaskans.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum five (5) years of general management experience in hospitality or a similar environment; minimum of two (2) years of EVS management experience in hospitality, health care, or senior living; Certified Dietary Manager certification or ability to obtain within 18 months; valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word; English language fluency; ability to manage employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement
