About: The Pioneer Home – Fairbanks, located in Fairbanks, AK, is seeking a General Manager to provide direction to a senior services assisted living facility. The position requires extensive food service knowledge and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within the Alaskan Pioneer Homes network.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum five (5) years of general management experience in a hospitality or similar environment; minimum of two (2) years of EVS management experience in hospitality, health care, or senior living environment; must be a Certified Dietary Manager or obtain certification within 18 months; must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record; proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word; ability to speak, understand, read, and write English; experience managing employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement
