Position: General Manager-East
About: This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The General Manager will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves leading a team of Department Managers, setting goals, providing coaching, and overseeing overall restaurant operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous General Manager experience in high volume locations preferred; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired; minimum age of 18 years required for manager positions
