Position: General Manager – Earn $55k-$60K Annually
About: At Sonic Drive-In, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in providing an exceptional and delicious food service experience. As a key member of our drive-in restaurant, you will be responsible for training and supporting employees, ensuring the highest standards of food service, and creating a memorable customer experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred; minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices; leadership and supervisory practices and skills; basic accounting and computer skills; ability to follow directions and work with autonomy; problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills; willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC
