About: The Courtyard by Marriott in South Korea is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of the property operation, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales growth, and brand success. The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional guest experiences tailored to business travelers’ needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and fun within the Marriott International brand portfolio.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 8 years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or a related area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 6 years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or a related area. Market experience as a General Manager in South Korea and fluent in Korean required.
