Position: General Manager – Cotton On Memorial City

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of Retail Management experience, preferably in fast fashion; 3+ years of proven track record leading and managing diverse high-performing teams; Demonstrated ability to drive sales, stock, and service delivery; Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards; Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; Must be at least 18 years old
