Position: General Manager – Bourbon and Branch
About: Bourbon and Branch is an authentic speakeasy located in downtown San Francisco complete with secret rooms and hidden entrances. Set in the 1920s during Prohibition, Bourbon and Branch is popular for locals and tourists who want to enjoy a cocktail made with fresh ingredients and quality spirits. The General Manager is ultimately responsible for all bar operations. Success in this position requires speedy completion of administrative duties and strong attention to detail.
Requirements: 2 years of Managerial experience in a bar, restaurant or equivalent; 2 years of bartending experience (working with craft cocktails is an advantage); Critical thinking skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and good organizational skills; Customer service focus; Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries; Calm under pressure; Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms; Familiarity with Craftable, Yelp Restaurant Manager, and Square for Restaurants is nice but not required; Degree in business, management, hospitality, or equivalent is a plus
