Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; 5+ years of Retail Management Experience in multiple locations; 3+ years’ experience running a delivery service for multiple locations; Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate; Proficient in MS Office, highly proficient in MS Excel; Willingness to travel domestically 25-30% of the year; Experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven atmosphere; Must pass all required background checks; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred; OSHA 10/OSHA 30 Certified; Ability to interpret and comply with all regulations and laws; Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the industry; Ability to develop strategic sales plans and budgeting
