Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: Community Choice Financial is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of the store and team by setting high performance and customer service standards. The role involves coaching and training team members, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and fostering growth and innovation under the direction of the District Director of Operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
