Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of their store and team by setting high standards for performance and customer service. This position involves providing ongoing coaching and training to the team, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring security and loss prevention, and fostering growth and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work use; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
