Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: Community Choice Financial is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of their store and team, setting high standards for performance and customer service. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will lead marketing efforts, enforce quality standards, and foster growth and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems and tools; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; must be at least 18 years old; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
