Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, providing cash through title loans/pawns and personal loans in select states. With over 900 locations across 14 states, TitleMax has been serving customers since 1998.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; Operations experience in a leadership capacity; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use; Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands including remaining in a stationary position, transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard.
