Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; Operations experience in a leadership capacity; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday; Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required; Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including the ability to remain in a stationary position, move and transport up to 25 pounds, move about inside and outside of the store, and operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
