Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of their store and team. The General Manager will lead by example, provide ongoing coaching and training, and ensure the achievement of company objectives and revenue growth. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will oversee marketing efforts, maintain store security, enforce quality standards, and foster growth and innovation within the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position including remaining stationary, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard.
