Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance, championing growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail environment. The General Manager will report to the District Director of Operations and lead marketing efforts, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work-related use; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
