Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the Family of Brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the success of their store and team. This role involves setting high standards for performance and customer service, coaching and training team members, overseeing marketing efforts, enforcing quality standards, and fostering growth and innovation under the guidance of the District Director of Operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work-related use; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
