Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team performance, and customer service. This role involves setting high performance standards, providing coaching and training, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring security and adherence to quality standards, and fostering growth and innovation under the leadership of the District Director of Operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other tools; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work; must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
