Position: General Manager (Audubon, PA)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Proven experience in a general management role, preferably within the stone surfaces or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities. Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Thorough understanding of business compliance and regulatory requirements. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting. Proficiency in using business software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
