Position: General Manager – Alltown Fresh
About: Alltown Fresh is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead the day-to-day operations, maximize store profits, and ensure high customer service standards. Requirements: Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; proficiency in labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; ability to coach and develop team members; physically able to perform various tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or equivalent
