Requirements: Reports To: Regional Supervisor, Director of Operations or Owner; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred; 5+ years of experience in restaurant management; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws
