Position: General Manager (Aiken, SC)
About: Crumbl Cookies, located at 256 East Gate Dr Unit 6, Aiken, SC 29803, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring employee and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment focused on creating exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of previous restaurant experience or in a similar role; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred; Proven leadership skills of large teams of 30+; Clear communication with team members through emails and online calendars; Inventory management and ordering; Maintain online staff scheduling up to date using application and usage; Group communications and basic task management apps; Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps with emphasis on common spreadsheet functions; Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles; Time and project management skills; Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies; Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members; Serve Safe or equivalent certification; Valid driver’s license
