Position: General Manager
About: Wendy’s is seeking General Managers to provide vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting business objectives daily. General Managers are responsible for fostering growth, inspiring team members, maintaining Wendy’s quality standards, nurturing team members’ skills, and cultivating a customer-oriented, highly productive team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management; strong understanding of Wendy’s operating systems, policies, and procedures; proficiency in P&L analysis, supervisory practices, planning and budgeting, interviewing and training practices, as well as knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
