Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment; Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; Strong understanding of business operations and financial data analysis; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting; Knowledge of local health and safety regulations; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
