About: Mammoth Holdings is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a clean and guest-focused car wash operation. Reporting to the Director of Operations (DO), this role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Operations Management: Ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, implement new procedures, maintain high standards, and monitor equipment efficiency. Facilities Management Collaboration: Partner with facilities team, coordinate maintenance schedules, address urgent repairs, and monitor equipment health. Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, conduct training sessions, and foster a growth-oriented workplace culture. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service, address inquiries and feedback professionally, and enhance the guest experience. Safety, Compliance & Damage Claims: Champion safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage damage claims. Recruiting & Training: Recruit and hire team members, conduct orientations, and mentor team development. Financial Accountability: Monitor revenue and expenses, optimize labor usage, track chemical usage, and analyze site performance. Community Engagement & Grassroots Marketing: Build relationships with local partners, lead marketing efforts, and represent the company at community events.
