Requirements: 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct others, lead change, and prioritize team training and development; proficiency in analyzing Profit and Loss statements
