Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 10 years of management experience required; 1 year of fire restoration experience required; 1 year of water damage restoration experience required; strong knowledge of mitigation processes, equipment, and best practices; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; demonstrated ability to strategize and make data-driven decisions; exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others; growth-minded/sales-oriented
