Position: General Manager
About: We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a team towards success. The General Manager will play a key role in hiring, motivating, and rewarding a strong management team that aligns with the company’s mission and values. They will serve as the liaison between the hotel brand, owners, and Concord, ensuring smooth operations through brand training, meeting deadlines, managing supplies, and adhering to budget guidelines. Additionally, they will network with city officials, representing the hotel as its face.
Requirements: 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably with experience in multiple departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food and beverage).
