Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant experience; ability to oversee food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and deliver a great guest experience; strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing; passion for leadership and team development; friendly and enthusiastic attitude; creative approach to marketing and community engagement; ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location; willingness to assist where needed
