Position: General Manager
About: This job posting is for a managerial position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness and works towards achieving set goals for the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations preferred; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired; must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
