Position: General Manager
About: Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer and premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, hair care products, and salon services, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team at one of their retail stores. Ulta Beauty offers a wide range of beauty brands across all categories and price points, including their own private label, and provides full-service salon experiences in every store.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience; Financial management expertise including driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses. Retail management skills in monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives; Leadership management experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, developing collaborative relationships, and leading a team; Proficiency with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Microsoft Office programs, Apple devices); Excellent written and verbal communication; Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
