Position: General Manager
About: Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer and the premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, hair care products, and salon services, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth for the store. The GM will drive the store’s business through a focus on performance, people, and process excellence, ensuring operational success and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience; success in financial management, retail management, and leadership management; proficiency with basic technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
