Position: General Manager
About: SONIC Drive-In is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Drive-In, ensuring quality food and a pleasant guest experience in a safe and efficient environment. This position holds the highest management responsibility within the Drive-In and involves various key tasks and leadership roles.
Requirements: Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry highly preferred; high standards for self and the team; positive attitude and resilience in stressful situations; eagerness to learn and grow both professionally and personally; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; excellent leadership and communication skills; associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred; willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
