Position: General Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience; 8-10 years upscale food service experience with 6 years in a management role; personnel management expertise in hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning; track record of achieving company goals while maintaining compliance; strong leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills; proficiency in problem-solving, conflict management, and multitasking in fast-paced environments; experience in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control; knowledge of HACCP controls, food purchasing, and food safety regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
