Position: General Manager
About: A hotel management company managing focused service hotel properties in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a General Manager to support a new Hilton Home2 Suites (extended-stay) hotel in Las Vegas. Candidates with Hilton-brand experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field; at least five years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-property or dual property setting; strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team across multiple properties; excellent financial acumen to manage budgets, revenue, and expenses for both properties; knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and food and beverage; proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses, to drive business to both properties; strong customer service orientation to ensure high guest satisfaction and loyalty for both properties
