About: The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. They offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more, focusing on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while prioritizing the health and care of their guest’s natural lashes.
Requirements: 5+ years directly managing a team of 3 or more; 5+ years or more in Front Desk Sales role, preferably in Salon/Spa or Membership focused businesses; College Degree in Business or other relatable field experienced is preferred; Reliable transportation; Exceptional customer service skills and computer skills; MindBody Online Software experience is a plus
