Position: General Manager
About: Courtyard Costa Mesa South Coast Metro, located at 3002 S Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana, California, United States, 92704, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Property Leadership Manager. Courtyard, part of the Marriott International brand, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for travelers. The Property Leadership Manager will oversee various aspects of the property operation, including managing general property performance and food and beverage operations, sustaining sales and marketing strategy, ensuring profitability, conducting human resources activities, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Strong leadership skills, financial acumen, customer-centric approach, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
