Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee store success, team development, and customer service. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, this role involves managing marketing efforts, enforcing quality standards and security protocols, and fostering a growth-oriented environment.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; Must be at least 18 years of age; Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position
