Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. The role involves setting high standards for customer service, providing coaching and training to achieve company objectives, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations under the guidance of the District Director of Operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other related systems; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
