Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is a leading title lending company with over 900 locations across 14 states. The General Manager role oversees store success, team development, and operational efficiency under the guidance of the District Director of Operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
