Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead their store team towards achieving company objectives and providing exceptional customer service. The General Manager will report to the District Director of Operations and be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts, store security, quality standards enforcement, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with relevant systems; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work-related use; must be at least 18 years old; background check may be required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
