About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House, a renowned steakhouse chain, is currently seeking a dedicated General Manager for its Huntsville location. The General Manager plays a crucial role in upholding the high-quality standards and hospitality of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, focusing on achieving financial success while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: A four-year degree in business, preferably in hospitality management; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications; above-average knowledge of wine, food, and spirits; integrity, honesty, accountability, passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence; exceptional attention to detail and a drive for perfection; proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry; in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions; strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
