Position: General Manager
About: Kantishna Roadhouse, located in Fairbanks and Anchorage, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations. This role entails providing vision and leadership to align with Doyon’s mission, achieving subsidiary objectives, and ensuring financial performance and guest satisfaction. The Kantishna Roadhouse operational season runs from the end of May through mid-September.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred; 5+ years of experience in business management, personnel management, and hospitality management; Class B Driver’s License required; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point-of-Sale Systems (POS)
