Position: General Manager
About: Beyond Juicery & Eatery, located in Detroit, is currently seeking an experienced and dependable General Manager to lead the overall operations of the store, ensuring customer service excellence, food/drink consistency, and brand execution. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing P&L, hiring, training, and developing staff, enforcing store policies, and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements: 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred; 2 years of food service experience preferred; positive and enthusiastic attitude; exceptional leadership and communication skills; passion to lead by example with integrity and work ethic; extensive knowledge of the brand and products; ability to manage supply and demand effectively and demonstrate financial management understanding
