Requirements: Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in construction or outdoor structures; Strong background in project management and job costing; Track record of scaling teams and operations in a growth environment; Experience working with both commercial and residential clients; Excellence in financial management and P&L responsibility; Strong leadership and team development capabilities
