Position: General Manager

About: Life Time is a leading Healthy Way of Life brand operating over 110 fitness centers in the United States and Canada, offering a holistic approach to wellness beyond fitness. The General Manager in Training position within Life Time is a temporary high-profile leadership role lasting 6-12 months, focusing on financial goals, customer service, team member relations, and overall club success.

Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent; 3 years of experience in the fitness, hospitality or retail industry; 2 years of management experience; Understanding of computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word; Excellent interviewing techniques; Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds; Must be willing to relocate to at least two (2) additional regions; CPR and AED Certified
