Position: General Manager
About: Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery is a 28-year-old family-owned community gathering place with multiple locations. They believe in creating experiences for their customers and fostering a sense of community among employees and guests. Management at Mountain Sun focuses on serving guests and employees rather than just supervising.
Requirements: Must have 2+ years prior restaurant management experience; Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the pub; Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees; Coach, mentor, and develop staff as well as on-board and terminate; Must have a strong skill set in all areas of the pub and the ability to multitask with a sense of urgency; Must possess leadership presence with staff, MODs, general managers, and owners; Must have a direct and sensitive communication style; Must be an ambassador of the company with guests and the public; Must have good hygiene and a professional appearance; Must be willing to work through conflicts for the mutual benefit of all involved; Must have excellent organizational skills; Must demonstrate a vast sense of commitment to the pub; Must be versatile on Mac computers and software.
