Position: General Manager
About: As a station manager, you will lead the maintenance of store operations at the assigned location, ensuring uninterrupted service and promoting a positive customer buying experience. Requirements: Overall responsibility for the daily operation of an assigned retail location, ensuring uninterrupted service and promoting a positive customer buying experience. Key responsibilities include employment/employee relations, retail management/operations, accurate completion of required paperwork, effective staff scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, customer service, facility maintenance, and ensuring a well-stocked and appealing facility. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, interpersonal and business skills typically associated with a high school diploma, a minimum of 6 years of management experience, proven motivator and team-building skills, completion of an approved Food Service Sanitation Management course, ability to obtain and maintain the necessary Operator License to sell alcohol where required by law, superior customer service and problems solving skills, at least 21 years of age, a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and physical capabilities to lift and carry 50 pounds, stoop, bend, reach above shoulder level, climb, shovel, sweep, and mop. Prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant for 1-3 years is mandatory.
