Requirements: 21+ years of age; 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Strong business acumen; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment; Familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor laws related to the restaurant industry.
